This report is designated for reviewing the data recorded in journal entries.
Check Field: Reviews can be performed for one of the Reference fields (First, Second, or Third Reference), or the Batch Number.
Check: In this section, choose whether to perform a Continuity test or Duplicates test. A Continuity Test shows cases where Reference Numbers (or Batch Numbers) are missing, because the numbers are not consecutive.. A Duplicates Test displays References that have been entered multiple times.
The rest of the fields allow the data filtering to be restricted.
