Files (such as images, PDFs, etc.) can be attached, for any purpose, to Account Cards (customers, vendors, etc.) and Item Cards in particular.
There are two ways to upload files –
In the General Data / File Management menu, select Upload File. Upload the file and save it in any directory. This menu also allows you to create a new directory or delete an existing directory.
In the Upload File dialog box, select your file, enter a suitable description (to make it easy to locate), and click the green button to finish.
Check the Public File checkbox, for all users to be able to view it.
Alternatively, file access permissions can be set individually for each user to determine whether the user is allowed to view or edit the file.
Another way is to upload files and link them directly to Account Cards or Item Cards.
